In the vast expanse of eternity, Randy shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Randy farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorne A. Bartlett and Phyllis Bartlett (Davison); and his son Colin Foster Bartlett. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl A. Foster; his daughter Sarah K. Davis (Dylan); and his brothers, Gary Bartlett (Joanne) and Mark Bartlett (Terese). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
