It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca E. Springman of Watertown, New York, born in Muncy, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 24, 2022, at the age of 104, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arthur Hall and Jesse Artley Hall; her husband Lester L. Springman; her daughter Virginia Kiehl (Arlow); and her grandchildren, Curtis Kiehl (Gigi), Christine Tefft (Gregg) and Clinton Kiehl (Brandi).
