He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Roland Gaffney and Edna A. Gaffney (Allore); and his sister Mary Ann Mehta. He is survived by: his children, Sharon E. Navarra (Jacob), Melissa A. Puccia (John J.) and Steven J. Gaffney (Lynn S.); his brother David R. Gaffney (Phyllis); and his siblings-in-law, Kishor Mehta of Lubbock, TX and Judy Brenon (Pillar Point). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
