He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles W. Smith and Adah Smith (Swain); his spouse Wendellyn Harrigan; his sons, Richard W. (Deborah) and Corey A. (Kimberly); his siblings, Sharon M. Seery (Louie), Walter L. Smith (Sandra), Smithville, Sue A. Johnson (Ralph), Dexter, Mary E. Chavez (Frank), Manteca and Harold C. Smith (Peggy); his grandchildren, Danielle, Heather and Marshall; his great grandchildren, Makenna, Carter, Casen, Camille and Nico; his close friend Doris Keech; his grandsons, Jonathan, Joshua and Andrew; his great grandchildren, Alaina, Kinley, Liam and Cloee; George Walters, Teri and Steve Duval. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
