It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert A. LaForty of Watertown, New York, who passed away on July 10, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George LaForty and Alice LaForty (Putman); his former wife Margaret Jenner; his children, Robert LaForty (Meredith) of Ridgewood, NJ, Stephen LaForty (Leslie) of Tavares, FL and Kimberly LaForty of Watertown, NY; and his siblings, George LaForty (Beverly) of Jacksonville Beach, FL, Daniel LaForty of Trumansburg, NY, Joan Renyolds of Trumansburg, NY and William Henry LaForty. He was also cherished by six grandchildren, two great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
