He was predeceased by : his son Ronald J. Lewis Jr.; and his siblings, Mark Lewis and Renee Lewis. He is survived by : his wife Dorothy Lewis; his children, Scott C. Lewis of Watertown, NY, James Ferard Jr. of Watertown, NY, Michael (Jade) and Alena (Stephen); and his brother Albert Lewis (Diane) of Lowville, NY. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
