He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Shelmidine and Janice Williams Shelmidine. He is survived by: his siblings, Douglas Shelmidine (Susan), Terry Lynn Shelmidine, Kathy L. Shelmidine (Mickey Plumpton), Julia Austin (Michael) of Lakeland, Fla and Todd Shelmidine; and his stepmother Donna Shelmidine. He is also survived by nephews, 2 "perfect" nieces, several great nieces and nephews.
