She was predeceased by: her mother Patricia McWayne (Carpenter). She is survived by: her father Frederick McWayne; her brother Shawn; her sister-in-law Kathy; her nieces and nephews, Tracey Slate (Mike) and Matthew Smith (Sara); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jake Nadelen, Lucus Slate, Madilyn Smith and Andrew Smith.
