She was predeceased by : her parents, Attorney Carmen J. and Helen L. Macaluso; her sister Stephanie M. Macaluso; and her brother-in-law Paul G. Venezia. She is survived by : her husband William Lail (Bill); her pet Chewy; her sisters, Nina M. Venezia, King of Prussia, Camille A. Macaluso, Teresa R. Macaluso (Jerry Weinstein) and Karen E. Mikos (Frank); her nephews, Joseph Venezia and Benjamin Mikos; and her niece Marsha Siegrist. She is also survived by great nieces and nephews and cousins.

“I was so saddened to hear of the loss of Suzy. We met online as part of a support group and NO ONE was more kind, more loving, more giving and precious than this dear lady. She held up under SO many obstacles and still had that wonderful sense of humor! I treasure our calls and her liking my 'southern accent.' We always laughed and shared many things; our mothers being sick, both having sisters, the side effects that comes with having cancer. You will be missed my sweet friend. Love, Linda”
