Thomas P. Costanzo Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas P. Costanzo of Watertown, New York, who passed away on December 19, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Costanzo and Rose Costanzo (Monaco). He is survived by: his wife Lynn Adams of Black River; his children, Jessica Conroy (Craig) of Calgary, Alberta, Tommy Jr. Costanzo (Lena) of Windermere, FL, Gina Reid (Corey) and Jenna Johnson (Chad); his grandchildren, Taylor, Sophia, Sydney, Jor, Anabella, Natalia, Camilla, Macksen, Dylan and Tyler; and his stepgrandchildren, Seth and Lola.
