He was loved and cherished by many people including: his close friend Karen Dumas; his children, Jeffrey Ames and Lori; his siblings, Juanita Hager of Woodbridge, VA, James Ames of Rosemond, CA, Raymond (Richard Ames) and Both of St. Augustine, FL; his son Michael; and his parents, Harold Ames and Anna Ames. He was also cherished by three grandchildren and great grandchildren.
