He was predeceased by: his aunts, Nanette Adams, Jill Salm and Joyce Eddy. He is survived by: his parents, Jack Foeppel and Alice Woodward Foeppel; his brothers, Randy Scott Foeppel of Canastota and Jesse L. Foeppel of Liverpool; his nephews, Benjamin, Andrew and Christian Foeppel; and his aunts and uncles, Clyde, Deb Woodward of Sherrill, Robin, Michael Clancy of Verona and Sherry Stone of Oneida Castle.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Campbell-Dean Funeral Home (260 Main St, Oneida, NY 13421). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
