She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Cranney and Joan M. Cranney (Farley); and her husband Robert L. LaPierre. She is survived by: her children, Nicole VanAuken (Skip) and Robert LaPierre (Christina); her grandchildren, Taylor and Rylee VanAuken; her siblings, William Cranney (Patricia), Carol Washburn (Larry) and Thomas Cranney (Lisa); and her sister-in-law Mary Joyce Leibach. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
In lieu of customary remembrances, memorial contributions may be made in Barbara's memory to the Community Hospice Foundation, 310 South Manning Boulevard, Albany, NY 12208.
