She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Kleinhans and Ethel Kleinhans (Downey); her husband Martin J. O'Hara, Sr. of Joseph's Church; her sister Winifred Johnson; and her husband Leonard.
She is survived by: her children, Patrick M. O'Hara, Michael J. O'Hara, Martin J. O'Hara, Jr. and Mary A. O'Hara Gardner (Raymond); her granddaughters, Emma and Zoey Gardner; and her siblings, Percy Kleinhans (late Claudia) and Nancy Halvax (Charles). She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
