She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Daum and Josephine Daum. She is survived by: her parents-in-law, Patricia Riley (Shawn), Andrea Mattocks (Frank Gaisford) and James Cole (Beth); her grandchildren, Nick, Shawn Jr. (Cindy), Megan (Brian), Amanda (Adam), Christina, Garrett and Gavin; her great grandchild Lilly; her sister Joanne Tracey (Jack); her nephew Tracey; and her boyfriend Bob Taft.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Charlene's memory to the Teresian House Family Council.
