He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Guzy Butkiewicz; his sisters, Elizabeth Parker, Anna Pickering (John), Lucy Villamil, Mary Mazzela (Sal), Christine Santiago and Theresa Galarza; his siblings-in-law, Christopher Guzy (Lei Cen) and Carole Borgerding (John); and his friends, Nancy and Bob Fern (Csemi). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
