He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter T. Piazza and Margaret V. Currie Piazza; and his brothers, Peter, Dennis and Kevin Piazza.
He is survived by: his wife Marcia Rose Piazza; and his sister Kathy Creed (James). He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, cousins, great nieces and great nephews.
