He is survived by: his father James E. Mahoney; his wife Mary June Shepard; his daughters, Kimberly A. Mahoney-Sanderl of Poestenkill and Courtney J. Mahoney-Nascimento of San Diego; his son-in-law Gregory Sanderl; his nieces and nephews, Eliana and Nico; his cousins, Carole Claren Weaver, Kathleen Kennedy and Robert Kennedy; his sister-in-law Cindy Mahoney; and his friend Shaheen Hoke. He is also survived by 2 nieces, 5 nephews, 5 grandnieces, 3 grandnephews, 6 godchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Parker Bros. Memorial Funeral Home, Inc. (2013 Broadway, Watervliet, NY 12189). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
