She was predeceased by: her parents, Pompei Teta and Stella Teta (Goyette); and her siblings, Rocco Teta, Dorothy A. Chonski and Sandra Walraed.
She is survived by: her children, Kenny Phelps, Lauren Phelps and Marc Phelps (Enza); her grandchildren, Eric Phelps and Julia Phelps; her siblings, William "Bill" Teta (Anne), Mary Grace Caglione (Paul) and Dee Farrigan (Gary); and her caregiver Practitioners Darlene Hoffman. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
