Donald LaCross Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donald LaCross of Watervliet, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 29, 2026 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore LaCross and Rosalie LaCross (Duffney); his son Donald Dwayne LaCross; his girlfriend Judy A. Manning; and his siblings, Joseph LaCross, Rosemary Daley (late Jim), Robert LaCross (late Janet) and Jean Tracey (late Ray).
He is survived by: his children, Melissa Barden (Tim) of Schodack, Mike (Jannice), Andy (Patsy), Mat (Laurie), Kathy and Jim Manning (Rachel); his child-in-law Erin Manning; his grandchildren, Ashley, Austin Barden, Heather LaCross-Schultz and Sammi LaCross; his brother John LaCross (Kathy); the mother of his children Ronnette LaCross; his nephew Ray Tracey, Jr.; Makenzie, Ryan, Seamus, Will, Maddy, Anthony, Finn, Harper and Calvin Manning. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and many close friends.
In lieu of flowers and due to cemetery restrictions, contributions would be appreciated to the Watervliet Civic Center (where Chickie spent his youth), PO Box 164, Watervliet, NY 12189.
