He was predeceased by : his parents, Ernest Sr. Forgette and Sarah Forgette (Jewett). He is survived by : his niece Barbara Forgette; his cousins, Tina Pafundi, Mary Sipperly and Charlene Jewett Tedesco (Dolores Antinucci); and his pet Rip. He is also survived by other cousins and family friends.
