He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Casimo and Marie Casimo. He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his children, Kathleen Rogers (Robert), Deborah Branigan (Paul), Kerry Butler (Aaron), Frank Casimo, Lisa Plata and Frederick Casimo; and his grandchildren, Michelle McNamara (John), Dawn Schreiner, Patrick Branigan (Kimberley), Jamie Schepisi (Chris), Matthew Branigan (Emily), Kiara Butler, Charlotte Plata and William Plata. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38148 in Fred's memory.
