He was predeceased by: his parents, Spiros Kirtoglou and Martha Kirtoglou (Orphanides); and his siblings, Mary Anastasia Kaglis, Sophie Collins and Louis Kirtoglou.

He is survived by: his brother Spiros Kirtoglou (Anne) of Troy; his brother-in-law Richard Collins of Watervliet; and his nieces and nephews, John Kaglis, Krista Lewandusky (Robert), R. Michael Collins (Tara), Stephen Collins (Kara), Cassandra Papagiannakis (Dimitri), Christina Santiago (Joseph), Matthew Kirtoglou, Michael Kirtoglou (Diane) and Erika Kirtoglou.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Basil Greek Orthodox Church, 909 River Street, Troy, NY 12180 in memory of Jack Kirtoglow.
