He was predeceased by: his father Thomas R. Zakrzewski, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Sophia and Justin; his brothers, Thomas (Kristin) and David (Michael); and his mother Jennie Blackburn. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles and three nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the New Comer Cremations & Funerals (181 Troy-Schenectady Rd, Watervliet, NY 12189). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
