He is survived by: his wife Irene; his children, Teri Smith, Kristi Clark (Jim) and D. J. Smith (Emily); and his great grandchild Evelyn. He is also survived by his three children, 11 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the New Comer Cremations & Funerals (181 Troy-Schenectady Rd, Watervliet, NY 12189). A burial will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Gerald B. H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery (200 Duell Rd, Schuylerville, NY 12871).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jacks name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
