He was predeceased by: his grandmother Loretta Hardy; his uncle Lawrence M. Hardy; his grandparents, David L. Judkins and Irene Judkins; his aunts, Ramona Woodard, Geraldine Robinson, Mary Hicks and Margaret Carrington; and his uncle Darnel Judkins.
He is survived by: his wife Natasha L. Judkins; his parents, Brenda J. Rowlett (Dean Rowlett) and David L. Judkins (Dina Alexander); his siblings, Dean Rowlett Jr. (Requita), Denisha Rowlett, Lacretia Rowlett, Shadina Currie, David Poole Jr., Erica Poole and Rahmik Ayers; and his aunts, Karen Hardy (Melvin Cherry) and Carmela Hardy. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the New Comer Cremations & Funerals (181 Troy-Schenectady Rd, Watervliet, NY 12189). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial contributions be made in Marques' name to the Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI), 270 Mt. Hope Drive, Albany, NY 12202.
