She was predeceased by: her parents, William T. and Mary J. Duffy, Sr. (Laden); her brother William "Bill"; and her sister-in-law Diane Duffy Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Denise DeCarlo (Chris Wade); her grandson Ryan Johnson; and her sibling's children, Lisa Lingenfelter (Dale), Beau Duffy (Kristin), Sean Duffy and Meghan Duffy. She is also survived by many great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
