He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis W. Mellin and Marilyn Mellin Hudobenko (Cadwell); and his siblings, Kenneth, William, Russell, Rustina Thulin and Grace Durrani.
He is survived by: his fiancé Jen Werner. He is also survived by several step-sisters, many cousins.
