He was predeceased by : his parents, George Wilhelm and Mary Wilhelm (Ryder); and his wife Jane L. Wilhelm (Popp). He is survived by : his daughters, Krista L. Wilhelm of Greenville, N. C. and Kara J. Rafferty (Dan) of Maplewood; his grandson Noah Rafferty; his brothers-in-law, Karl Popp (Theresa) and Mark Popp; and his close friend Larkin Rusch.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Parker Bros. Memorial Funeral Home, Inc. (2013 Broadway, Watervliet, NY 12189). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
