She was predeceased by: her parents, Konoske and Shigeko; and her siblings, George, Minoru (Mimpo), Yuji (Gabby) and Takako (Tako).
She is survived by: her husband Jack Mukai; her daughter Karen Newman; her son-in-law Eric Newman (Rick); and her granddaughter Sarah Mariko Newman.
