He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Kokernak and Genevieve Dlugokencka Kokernak; his wife Dolores A. Mancino Kokernak; and his brother Edward Kokernak. He is survived by : his children, Barbara Ann Divinsky (Edward) and Joseph Kokernak (Karyn); his grandchildren, Matthew Kokernak (Rene), Schuyler Baker (Leonard), David Divinsky (Lindsey) and Victoria Divinsky; and his great grandchildren, Jordan, Caleb Smith, Tucker, Nora, Dash Kokernak, Gehrig and Brahms Baker.
