He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl K. Deuel, and Donna Deuel, Sr. (Sheets); his spouse Michele M. Deuel (Upton); his daughter Brittany Nicole Deuel (Paul Lucier); his stepson Brandon L. Upton; his close friend Anthony Thomas Deuel; his siblings, Donna L. Bloomfield of Dan's Place II, Carl K. "Butch" Deuel, Jr. (Kathleen) and Emily Sipzner (Rob); his stepsister Margaret Ferguson; and his friends, David Abrams and Artie "Bean Brain" Bean. He was also cherished by several cousins, nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Parker Bros. Memorial Funeral Home, Inc. (2013 Broadway, Watervliet, NY 12189). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
