He was predeceased by: his grandson David J. Terrell Jr. Skip. He is survived by: his parents, Walter Williams and Eva Williams (Sewchuck); his wife Sheila A. Williams (Donlon); his children, Michael Williams (Lisa) and Michelle Terrell (David); and his grandchildren, Jeremy, James, Emily (Joel), Olivia (Megan Stacy) and Liam. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
