She was predeceased by : her father Charles Parmalee; her husband Robert Ector; her mother Winifred Gary Parmalee; her brother Charles Parmalee; and her son Robert James Ector.

She is survived by : her children, Jon Ector, Bonnie Rappleye, Tim Ector (Starlene) of Watkins Glen, NY, Holly Ector (Gordon Sherwood) of Bath, Sam Ector (Kathy) of Watkins Glen, NY, Daniel Ector of Odessa, NY and Andrew Ector of Watkins Glen, NY. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren; and 49 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 9th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Vedder-Scott & Zinger Funeral Home (122 N Genesee St, Montour Falls, NY 14865). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 9th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
