He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his sons, David Frank and Jimmy Frank; his sister Margaret Staahl of Pennsylvania; and his brothers-in-law, Richard Robbins (Shirley) of Florida and J. C. Robbins (Susan) of Rock Stream. He is also survived by his family and friends.
