She was predeceased by : her parents, Clyde Wheaton and Lula Wheaton; her sons, James, Gary, Donald and Kevin Rappleye; and her brothers, Clyde and Fred Wheaton.

She is survived by : her sons, John Rappleye (Peg) of Monterey and Winston "Charlie" Rappleye (Marlene) of Watkins Glen; her daughter-in-law Bonnie Rappleye of Watkins Glen; and her sister-in-law Clara Wheaton of Montour Falls. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
