He was predeceased by : his brother John; and his sister-in-law Patricia Watkins. He is survived by : his children, Katherine Watkins of Sayre, PA and Robert P. Watkins (Trish Hawken) of Elmira, NY; his stepchildren, Alexis, Aiden and Dylan Harford; and his granddaughter Lillian. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
