It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Ann Simons of Waverly, New York, who passed away on November 17, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carol Ann Simons to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Luchaco and Barbara Luchaco (Ackerman); her in-laws, Donald and Louise Simons; her grandparents, Carl, Alice Ackerman, Anthony and Antonina Luchaco; and her brother-in-law Richard Siebecker.
She is survived by: her husband James; her daughter Ann; her son-in-law Richard Gillespie of Mt. Pleasant, SC; her sisters, Barbara Wasaff (Carl) of Houston, TX., Susan Luchaco of Waverly, NY and Diane Siebecker (Scott Johnson) of Sayre, PA.; and her grandsons, Carter and Joshua Gillespie of Mt. Pleasant, SC.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial donations may be made in Carol's memory to the Blessed Trinity St. James Catholic Church.
