He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Perry and Ruth Drumbor Perry; and his siblings, Carol Unamann and Kenneth Perry. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Lake, Rachael Goodfellow (Ryan) and Elizabeth Myers (Eric); his siblings, Gail Woodcock (John), Louisa Perry, David Perry (Laura), Suzanne Potts (Allen), William Perry (Isabel), Arthur Perry (Evy), Ronald Perry, Maria Baylo (Jim), Joanne Perry Ripic and Cindy Farrell; and his grandchildren, June Myers and Sawyer Myers. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
