He was predeceased by : his parents, Harry Blackman and Betty M. Wolcott Blackman. He is survived by : his wife Vivian A. Selph Blackman; his children, Shelley Garcia (Ramon) of Waverly, Betty Robles of Sayre, Daniel Blackman (Kristi) of Sayre and Christine Blackman of Sayre; his siblings, Bernard Blackman of Waverly, Harry Blackman (Sue) of Sayre, George Blackman of Athens, John Blackman (Tammy) of Sayre and Eva Doane of Sayre; and his grandchildren, Daniel Blackman (Shannon), Jacob Blackman (Lyndsey), Ramon Garcia (Morgan), Jose Garcia (Elizabeth), Elena Garcia and Ian Robles. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
