He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeffrey Ammerman and Rosemary Ammerman (Dickerson); and his brother Curtis. He is survived by: his brother Dana Dickerson (Teresa); his nephew Cody (Jessica); his niece Lindsey (Justin); his great-nephews, Aubree, Kaden, Nylah, Dawsen, Karsen, Icees, Annissa and Kyris; and his sister-in-law Jennifer Kitchin Ammerman.
