She was predeceased by: her husband William E. Asay Sr.; her son William E. Asay Jr.; her parents, Marion Tuttle and Mildred Tuttle; her siblings, Theodore "Ted" Tuttle, Wilbur "Earl" Tuttle, Bill Tuttle, Bob Tuttle and Dorothy Livingstone; and her half-sister Jane Vero.
She is survived by: her sons, James Asay, Charles Asay (Patricia), John Asay (late Patti) and Roger AsayA (Katrina); her grandchildren, Christy Ferguson, Karen "Anne" Jones (Dustin), Stephanie Montgomery, Bryan Asay and Annabella Asay; and her great grandchildren, Oliver, Warren and Ranger.
