He is survived by: his wife Shelley Blackman Garcia; his children, Ramon Garcia (Morgan) of Clearwater, Jose Garcia (Elizabeth) of Sayre and Elena Garcia of Waverly; and his siblings, Jesus Garcia (Luz Maria) of Iowa, Antonio Garcia (Yohaly) of Mexico, Alfredo Garcia (Traci) of Horseheads and Monica Garcia (Gabriel) of Texas. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
