He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry L. Smith and Doris E. Smith (Harding). He is survived by: his wife Valerie J. Smith (Rose); his daughter Nicole; his son-in-law Kyle Cole of Waverly, NY; his daughter Kimberly Smith of Waverly, NY; his grandchildren, Kyla Cole and Reid Smith; his brother John; his sister-in-law Cathy Smith; and his brother Jim Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
