With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Daniel E. Flickner Jr. of Wayland, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 20, 2025 at the age of 86. He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel E. Flickner and Maude Flickner Sr. (Hults); and his siblings, Donna Holbrook, Charles Flickner and Roland Flickner.
He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Skelly (Edward), Regina Flickner, Marlena Lloyd (Jubet) and Jon Flickner; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Nuzzi (Adam), Megan Ruiz (Jonathan), Kimberly Luczkowiak (Devin), Andre McQuigger, D'rante Casey, Julius Casey, Faith Casey, Hope Casey, Monica Casey, Orlando Lloyd and Elijah Lloyd; his siblings, Dawn Ames (Jerry Finn), Diane Hunt (Charles), Larry Flickner (Anne), Gloria Latoy (Gary), Sandy Beardsley (Gary), Jim McCarty and Mike McCarty (Tonette); his siblings-in-law, Ella Flickner, Carole Flickner and Robert Holbrook; and his aunt Mary Hults. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, & cousins.
