He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerard Congelli and Anna McMahon (Iervalino); his siblings, Patricia Flansburg (John), Margaret Carrig (Raymond) and James Congelli; and his grandmother Sharon A. Congelli.
He is survived by: his close friend Nancy Dugo of Hornell; his children, Jonas Congelli (Tammy) of Tully, Sarah Wilcox (Mark) of Fly Creek, Carol Ann Smith (George) of Forest Grove and Michael Congelli (Jennifer) of Spencerport; and his sister-in-law Kathryn "Katie" Congelli of Lakeland, FL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and 10 grandchildren.
