She is survived by : her husband Anthony; her children, Anthony, Isabella and Madeline; her parents, Samuel LaMonica and Cindy LaMonica; her sisters, Sara LaMonica and Samantha LaMonica; and her grandparents, Jim and Jeannean LaMonica. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
