Sr. Jacobs and Patricia Jacobs (Button) of Wayland; his sisters, Kari Jacobs Herrera of Augusta, GA and Julie Jacobs of Wayland; his niece Maia; and his nephew Tanner. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, caregivers and friends.
