She was predeceased by: her parents, Elia Butera and Charles Butera. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Sullivan; her children, Denise Hershey (David), Jerry Sullivan (Meghan) and Chuck Sullivan (Jenna); her grandchildren, Aidan, Elianna, Asher Hershey, Matthew, Grace, Sydney, Samuel Sullivan, Sadie, Jaycee, Joshua and Judah Sullivan; and her brother Charles Butera (Beth).
