She was predeceased by: her husband Norman E. Neels; her son Larry; and her sister Eleanor Grant. She is survived by: her sons, Nelson (Ed), Allan (Debbie), Gary (Kathy) and Mark Neels (Aprile); her grandchildren, Marie LaFaro (Adam), Tamara Plucinik (Peter), Casey Brett (Alex), Wayne, Christopher, Matthew Neels (Jill), Natalie Beaton (Jonathan), Jacob Neels (Amy) and Krista Nystrom (Erik); and her brother-in-law Melvin Neels. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Willard H. Scott Funeral Home (12 South Ave, Webster, NY 14580). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church (1767 Plank Rd, Webster, NY 14580).
